Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
There will be no exceptions unless allowed in writing by owner.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (refunds refunded usually within 30 days of class)
Reason for refund (Cancelled 14 days in advance of course, 50% will be refunded after that, unless class is cancelled)
Reason for return (signed up for wrong class, full amount will be credited to new class)
Process for return (send email to CustomerService@Patriot-SafetyLLC.com)
Process of refund (will be refunded to original form of payment)
